SkyZoom Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The short version: SkyZoom has no accounts and we (PRIZM) do not collect your name, email or other personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. SkyZoom is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure those ads, Google collects certain device information, including an advertising identifier. Where the law requires it, we ask for your permission first, and you can change your choice at any time.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the SkyZoom app for Android and iOS (the "app"). The app is developed and published by PRIZM LLC, a California limited liability company ("PRIZM", "we", "us", "our"). PRIZM LLC is responsible for the app and for this policy.

Privacy contact: support@prizmlight.com

2. Information we (PRIZM) collect

We do not operate servers for the app and we do not collect, receive or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The app has no accounts or sign-in.

We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reports from Google AdMob and from Apple and Google Play (for example, total ad impressions, earnings, installs and crash counts). These reports do not identify you.

3. Information stored only on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the app saves a small file on your device containing your in-game progress and items (such as coins, keys and milestones), your best scores and times, your settings, and your ad-consent choice. This file stays in the app's private storage on your device and is never sent to us.

4. Information collected by our advertising partner

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to show ads, including optional rewarded videos (for example, "watch a video to revive"). When an ad is requested or shown, Google may automatically collect:

Google uses this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, pay us for ads, and, only if you consent where consent is required, show ads more relevant to your interests. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Your ad choices and consent

Rewarded videos are optional; you can play without watching them.

6. Tracking

On iOS, the IDFA is used for ad personalization and measurement only if you allow tracking. On Android, the Advertising ID may be used for advertising unless you opt out or delete it in your device settings, and, in regions where consent is required, only after you consent. We do not track you in any other way, and we do not combine ad data with any other data about you.

7. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share it with anyone other than as described here. The information collected by Google AdMob (section 4) is shared with Google, and through Google's ad platform with advertisers, so that ads can be delivered and measured. Under some U.S. state laws (such as California's), using information for personalized advertising may count as "selling" or "sharing". You can opt out as described in section 5.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may collect information when you download or use apps from their stores (for example, purchase history or, if you choose to share it, crash reports), under their own privacy policies. If the app offers purchases, payments are processed by Apple or Google and we never receive your payment details.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not collect or store personal information from anyone, including children: the app has no accounts, no sign-in and no database, so there is nothing for anyone to submit to us. Anything the app saves stays on the device and is removed by uninstalling the app.

9. Data retention and deletion

We do not retain personal data, because we do not receive any. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained under Google's retention policy. To delete what the app stores on your device, uninstall the app (or clear its storage in your device settings). To limit ad data, reset or delete your advertising identifier as described in section 5.

10. Security

Your progress file is stored in the app's private storage, protected by your device's operating system. Ad requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are sent using encrypted connections (HTTPS).

11. Permissions

On Android, the app requests only:

On iOS, the app may ask for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). The app does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information, to withdraw consent, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because we do not hold personal data about you, most requests are best handled through the choices in section 5 and through Google (My Ad Center). For any other privacy question, email support@prizmlight.com.

Where the GDPR applies, personalized advertising is based on your consent, and non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention and ad measurement are based on our and Google's legitimate interests in offering the app for free and keeping advertising secure.

13. International users

Google may process information collected through AdMob in the United States and other countries, under Google's safeguards for international data transfers.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
