SkyZoom Terms of Use
By using SkyZoom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
SkyZoom is made by PRIZM LLC, a California limited liability company. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it on your own devices for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the app or its art, music and sounds.
2. In-game items
Coins, keys, missiles and other items in the app are part of the game only. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change as the app is updated. Progress is saved only on your device; if the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset, that progress may be lost and cannot be restored.
3. Purchases
If the app offers optional purchases, they are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by PRIZM. Payment, billing and refund requests are handled under Apple's or Google's policies. Purchased in-game items are subject to section 2.
4. Ads
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos. Rewards from ads are in-game items under section 2. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for websites or apps they link to.
5. Health
The app contains flashing lights and fast motion. If anything makes you feel unwell, stop immediately and take a break. Please play responsibly and take regular breaks.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app at any time.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PRIZM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when ads are shown and the choices you have.
10. App store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:
- These terms are between you and PRIZM LLC only, not Apple. PRIZM, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- PRIZM, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
